Win a block of Famous Surf Wax!

To contribute to this gallery, we are calling all amateur photographers, photo enthusiasts and holiday makers to send in their images. The competition is open to all and each month the best 10 images that we receive and are published in the gallery will be sent a block of surf wax.

A few rules:

Participants must be 18 or over, or have permission from parent/ guardian before submitting an image. Entries are welcome from around the world, but all images must have been captured in or around Croyde Bay, North Devon.

All submissions must be uploaded using the Surfer's Paradise website www.surfparadise.co.uk and include your name, email address and a small testimonial to accompanying the image with includes details about where the photo was taken.

Image dimensions may be adjusted in order to operate effectively with the publishing formats and without any prior notice to the submitting photographer. Similarly the submitted text may be modified although the same general meaning will be preserved.

The participant assumes full responsibility for the authorisation to Parkdean Holidays Ltd (owners of Surfer's Paradise campsite) to make non-exclusive use of his/her photographic imagery and words, and shall hold no claim of liability in the event of legal action by third parties in and/or out of court and in so doing the participant declares that:

• - The materials submitted are the exclusive property of the participant and are not under any third party copyrights.
• - Any people featured in the photos have granted permission for use, or in the case of people under the age of 18, permission has been attained from parents or guardians.
• - The photos and words submitted must not represent any form of plagiarism.

All submitted work remains the intellectual property of the photographer, although the submitted work is non-exclusively licensed to Parkdean Holidays Ltd for any related promotion on a royalty free basis, without restriction in time.

All images shall be viewable on www.surfparadise.co.uk website for as long as Parkdean Holidays Ltd deems appropriate. Images supplied by participants can be used globally to promote Surfer's Paradise Campsite and/or Ruda Holiday Park in any media format, including but not limited to, corporate websites, social media websites and brochures

Photos deemed ethically and morally unacceptable or in any way inappropriate will be removed from the gallery without any notice or recourse.

The competition is open to everyone except to employees and their families of Parkdean Holidays Ltd or any other companies associated with the competition. The winners will be notified by email by 10th of every month and we will request a postal address to send the prize to.

We reserve the right to limit the number of images submitted by an individual.

There is no cash alternative and the decision of Parkdean Holidays Ltd is final - no correspondence will be entered into.
